Incomplete Order / Damaged Item

Usually our delivery team will check the package before sending a product to customer.
Our return policy allows item(s) return only to any of the following reasons.

Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging

Damaged

The product is damaged in delivery

Defective

The product does not function as described in its manufacturer 

specification

Incorrect/wrong item

Not the product the customer ordered

(e.g. wrong size or wrong color)

Please contact us within 48 hours upon receiving the package at 088 – 448 986 or [email protected]. We will arrange an exchange as soon as possible for free of charges. Please be reminded that we are unable to assist any complaints for damaged or missing items after the 48 hours time frame.

Please be reminded that the general requirements for product returns are as follows:

  • It is within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
  • The product must not fall into the non-returnable product list.
  • The goods must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging along with all accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticiry) and free gifts received with it
  • The product must not have been used or installed or had any date inputted.
  • All sealed items must not be opened.
  • In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on your warranty card.

Cancel Order

Once your order has been confirmed, the order cannot be cancel or refund. Please call our Customer Service 088-488 986 immediately if you would like to exchange your product.

How do I service my product?

If you need to return the product(s) for warranty, please contact our Customer Service at [email protected]. There are appointed Contractors / Service Centres at different towns to assist you with any repair or exchange of goods.
